For Students Entering Preschool

(Must be 2 yrs. by Sept. 1)

  1. Complete the Registration Card (front & back).

  2. Read & Sign Financial Contracts

  3. Read Philosophy Statement, Appearance Code & Discipline Code.

  4. Fill out Grandparent & Volunteer forms.

  5. (New students) Attach birth certificate & verified shot record.

  6. (New students) Must have a “Physician’s Report” signed by a physician

  7. Return to secretary for approval.

  8. Make payment to bookkeeper.

For Students Entering Kindergarten

(Must be 5 yrs. by Sept. 1)

  1. Complete the Registration Card (front & back).

  2. Read & sign Financial Contracts.

  3. Read Philosophy Statement, Appearance Code & Discipline Code.

  4. Fill out Volunteer & Grandparent forms.

  5. (New Students) Attach birth certificate & verified shot record

  6. (New Students using daycare) Have “Physician’s Report” signed by physician.

  7. Return to secretary for approval.

  8. Make payment to bookkeeper.

  9. (New Students) a testing date will be set.  A non-refundable testing fee of $65.00 is due at the time of registration or time of testing.

  10. (New Students) A date will be arranged for the parent(s) to interview with the principal.

For Students Entering First through Fifth Grades

  1. Complete the Registration Card (front & back).

  2. Read & Sign Financial Contracts.

  3. Read Philosophy Statement, Appearance Code & Discipline Code.

  4. Fill out Volunteer & Grandparent forms.

  5. (New Students using daycare) Must have a “Physician’s Report” signed by physician

  6. (New Students) Copies of the following:

    1. Immunization Record

    2. (1st gr. only) birth certificate

    3. Last 3 yrs. report cards

    4. Last 3 yrs. achievement tests

    5. Special testing for learning challenges

    6. Return to secretary for approval.

  7. Make payment to bookkeeper.

  8. (New Students) A  testing date will be set.  A non-refundable testing fee of $65.00 is due at the time of registration or  testing.

  9. (New Students) A date will be arranged for the parent(s) to interview with the principal and the admissions committee.

For Students Entering 6th through Twelfth Grade

  1. Complete the registration card. (front & back).

  2. Read the Standard of Conduct & Statement of Cooperation and sign (both student & parent).

  3. Read Philosophy Statement, Appearance Code, and Discipline Code.

  4. (6th – 11th New Students only) Student to complete the Student  Questionnaire

  5. (Students re-enrolling only) Student to complete the Spiritual Evaluation.

  6. Parents read & sign financial contracts.

  7. Complete the Volunteer & Grandparent forms. Make sure all information is complete.

  8. (New Students) In addition to steps #1-6 you must provide copies of the following:

    1. verified immunization record

    2. last 3 yrs. report cards

    3. last 3 yrs. achievement tests

    4. Special testing for learning differences

    5. (6th – 12th only)Teacher Recommendations (English & Math teacher required)

    6. (9th – 12th only) Pastor Recommendation

  9. Return to secretary for approval.

  10. Make payment to bookkeeper.

  11. (New Students) A date will be arranged for the parent(s) and the student to interview with the principal and the admissions committee.

  12. (New Students) A testing date will be set. A non-refundable testing fee of $65.00 is due at the time of  registration or testing.


New students in K5 – 11th grade will be notified by mail of acceptance
