What's Going On

PS2, PS3, K4

K5-6th

7th-12th
  1. Fill out admission packet
  2. (K5 only) Supply a copy of an official birth certificate
  3. (1st-6th only) Supply school records (last three years)
  4. Supply a copy of official shot record
  5. (If using daycare) Have a doctor sign Physician's Report
  6. Completed steps above will be checked by secretary
  7. Make payment to bookkeeping department
  8. Office will schedule testing/Principal's meeting
