  1. Fill out admission packet
  2. Supply a copy of an official shot record
  3. Supply a copy of school records (last three years)
  4. Turn in the Teacher Recommendation forms for Math & Science
  5. (9th-12th) Turn in the Pastor Recommendation Form
  6. Completed steps above will be checked by secretary
  7. Office will schedule testing/Principal's meeting
